Amy DiChiara is a Director and corporate controller for JRE Partners. She is responsible for the oversight of all accounting and financial functions of the company as well as additional support for the financial management, reporting and analysis of several JRE managed funds and underlying investments. Amy previously spent several years at Junius Real Estate Partners, where she assisted with the financial management and reporting of Junius funds and underlying investments. Prior to Junius, Amy was an Assistant Portfolio Accounting Manager at Vornado Realty Trust where she supervised financial reporting and analysis across a large portfolio of commercial properties. Amy began her career in the real estate group of Ernst & Young LLP, providing assurance services to some of the country’s largest real estate investment firms. Amy holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Accountancy from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina and is a Certified Public Accountant.
