Brian Thomas is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of JRE Partners. In his current role, Brian is responsible for the oversight of all financial, tax, operational, risk management and compliance matters for the business and serves on JRE’s Investment Committee. Brian previously served as Head of Finance and Structuring for Junius Real Estate Partners, playing an integral role in helping source, structure and manage differentiated real estate investment opportunities on behalf of a select, global investor base. Prior to joining Junius in 2011, Brian served as fund controller for two of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s value-add real estate investment strategies. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Brian spent several years with Deloitte & Touche LLP, providing assurance and advisory services to real estate clients. Brian holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
