Luke Wittenberg is a Principal at High Street Real Estate Partners and serves as an independent advisor to JRE Partners, where he supports the sourcing, execution, and management of real estate investment opportunities. He has participated in more than $1.5 billion of transactions across the hospitality, multifamily, office, and retail sectors, including notable assets such as 1 Hotel Nashville, Sheraton Downtown Denver, Viewline Resort in Snowmass and Mark Lane Apartments Naples, among others. Luke is also the Founder of Neverland Ventures, a private development and investment platform focused on experiential real estate and operating businesses. He began his career at Morgan Stanley before joining High Street Real Estate Partners, where he advanced from Analyst to Principal over a five-year period. Luke holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
